It seems that with the economy in a shambles and the insane amount of jobless people out there that everyone is making sure they don't drop coins. I used to find so much more than I have of late. All that has been found since the last post is 2 quarters, 9 dimes and 2 pennies for a total of $1.42 -- very discouraging for a change finder.

When I was in college, I made extra bucks for fun stuff by collecting aluminum cans. They were worth on average half a cent per can.
ReplyDeleteI computed that I made about $2.12/hr that way. It's crappy work, but people are way more likely to throw away an empty coke can than a quarter.
I think you've just inspired people to look for and pick-up change to invest for themselves! Seriously, it IS inspiring!
