How do you end up with odd amounts when recycling?
In California, the cans and bottles are either worth 4 cents or 8 cents. Bottles and cans 24 ounces or more are 8 cents each.Sometimes the recycling is done by weight... like crushed cans or 2 gallons water jugs.
