February 12: Found 41 Cents. A quick drink pit-stop for this thirsty tennis player was made to 7-11 at the corner of Tapo Canyon Rd. & Cochran St., I found a quarter, dime and four pennies near the check-out. A stop at Pavillion's at El Paseo Simi shopping plaza for Valentine's... I found two pennies.

February 8: Found a dime at Topper's Pizza on Erringer Rd. It was laying just outside the front door when I spotted it. Unfortunately, a few guys having a smoke were standing over it. Not one of them bother to pick it up and when we came out of Topper's an hour later it was still resting in the same spot. Scooped it.

Dividends!
January was a nice month for dividends. We received two dividend reinvestments... the first was on January 15, 2008 when the Glimcher Realty Trust paid a $10.05 dividend on the shares held by the FMJ, and the second was on January 31, 2008 when the United Dominion Realty Trust paid at $13.16 dividend.
We received .764 fractional shares of GRT and .575 fractional shares of UDR. Our new holdings of GRT and UDR stock is 21.667 shares and 40.473 shares, respectively.
