FMJ - Day 441

June 12: A Euro 5 Cent coin was found on the floor of Albertson's on Madera Rd. Ajay and I popped into there to buy the Daily News paper that has a good article on the recent inflation of food prices nationwide. Interesting. For lunch, Ajay and I stopped at Carl's Jr. -- we found two pennies there. Maya was the queen of coin finding today... she found a quarter at school. In the morning, at tennis, a donation of a dime to the FMJ occurred as one of the players dropped a dime while playing this morning.

This past weekend, Uncle Joe donated 8 cans to the cause. My mother-in-laws new house in right across the street from a 1 acre picnic park and playground called Saddleback Park. No horses, though. She moving in this week. I'm betting we collect a nice amount of cans from the park from time to time during our weekends in Cerritos.
